Pricing and Rebates
Psychological Counselling:
- Standard fee: $215 per session.
- Medicare Rebate: $96.65 with a valid Mental Health Care Plan.
- Full payment is processed at the clinic, and your rebate is processed and refunded to your bank account registered with Medicare within 24 hours.
Workcover:
- Fee: As per current Workcover cost schedule.
- An approved Workcover claim number is required prior to the first session.
- Payment is directly from Workcover.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP):
- Fee: As per current EAP provider cost schedule.
- Payment is directly from your EAP provider.
National Disability Incentive Scheme (NDIS):
- Fee: As per current NDIS cost schedule.
- An approved NDIS plan is required at the time of booking.
- Payment depends on the funding management.

1. How long is a session?
Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes.
2. How do I book?
You can book an appointment by clicking on “Book Appointment” located throughout the pages, which will direct you to the booking system “Halaxy.” Alternatively, you can send a message using the “Contact Us” form.
3. Are there any reduced fees?
Reduced fees can be considered for exceptional circumstances, but bulk billing is not available at this stage.
4. How do I pay for the session?
The preferred payment method is EFTPOS at the clinic. In exceptional circumstances, direct deposit into the practitioner’s bank account is accepted within 5 business days of issuing the invoice.
5. Are the sessions eligible for Medicare rebate?
Sessions with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and Referral from the GP are eligible for Medicare rebate ($96.65). Please confirm eligibility with your GP.
6. How long will it take to receive the Medicare rebate?
The rebate amount should be in your bank account within 24 hours of processing, depending on your bank.
7. What happens if I cancel or do not show for my scheduled session?
A fee of 50% of the standard session fee ($107.50) applies to all late cancellations and no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
8. What can I expect from a session?
The initial session involves discussing your concerns and agreeing on a suitable approach. Subsequent sessions focus on implementing strategies, reviewing progress, and modifying techniques.
9. How will I know things are improving for me?
You’ll notice shifts in thoughts, feelings, and behavior, and may also use relevant outcome measures. Others may notice changes in you as well.
10. How many sessions will it typically take?
It varies but typically ranges from three to more than 10 sessions, depending on individual needs and progress.
11. How frequently do sessions occur?
Sessions typically start fortnightly and may taper off to monthly, based on mutual agreement between you and your practitioner.
12. Can I change to another practitioner if needed?
Yes, you can. If you feel the current practitioner isn’t the right fit, share your feedback, and they may recommend another practitioner.

Your Practitioner is Mos Uluicicia, he is a Registered Psychologist and has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years.
Mos works with people from all walks of life who are in need of help with day to day challenges. You may be feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or feeling like there is a lack of hope, you may be looking to find answers, or may be seeking to further improve yourself.
